The environment - the large nearby park of Palic with its centuries-old trees and beautiful flower beds offer an indefatigable experience even for those living in Palic. The house, completely renovated in 2020, is surrounded by a garden designed in a minimalist style.

For those arriving by car, parking is provided in the street, in front of the building.
